These terms apply to all users, including visitors, buyers, sellers, advertisers, and administrators.

2. Platform Purpose

GhasaMarket is a classified ads marketplace that allows users to publish ads for products and services. We provide the platform only and do not automatically become a party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless clearly stated otherwise.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account login details safe and confidential.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and account use.
• You are responsible for all activities that happen under your account.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create security risks.

4. Ad Posting Rules

• All ads must be lawful, honest, clear, and relevant to the selected category.
• You must have the right to sell, advertise, or promote the item or service you post.
• Ads must not contain false pricing, misleading claims, spam, or duplicate listings.
• Images and descriptions must belong to you or be used with proper permission.
• We may edit, reject, unpublish, or remove ads that do not follow our policies.

5. Prohibited Content

• Illegal goods, stolen items, counterfeit items, or prohibited services.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, or defamatory content.
• Adult content, hate content, or content that violates privacy or intellectual property rights.
• Malware, harmful links, scam offers, fake job posts, or misleading investment promotions.
• Repeated duplicate ads or any attempt to manipulate visibility unfairly.

6. Buyer and Seller Responsibility

Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own decisions, communication, negotiations, payments, deliveries, inspections, and verification. Users must take reasonable care before entering any transaction.

7. Paid Ads and Promotion

Some features on GhasaMarket may require payment, including ad promotion or premium visibility. When a paid feature is approved, the ad may receive special placement according to the site settings and availability.

• Paid listings or promotions do not guarantee a sale, response, or profit.
• Fees charged for premium features may be shown in ZAR or any supported currency on the platform.
• Payments made for already-delivered digital promotion services may be non-refundable unless required by law.

8. Messaging and Communication

The platform may allow buyers and sellers to communicate through forms, inbox messages, phone, email, or WhatsApp links. You agree not to use messaging features for harassment, spam, fraud, or unlawful conduct.

• Messages sent through the platform may be reviewed or reported when abuse is suspected.
• Users remain responsible for the content they send.
• We may block messaging access for accounts involved in abuse or repeated complaints.

9. Reports, Moderation and Removal

Users may report ads, profiles, or messages that appear suspicious or inappropriate. Our team may investigate and take action, including warning, editing, hiding, restricting, or deleting content or accounts.

We reserve the right to moderate content at our discretion in order to protect users and maintain platform quality.

10. Privacy and Data Use

We may store and process account details, ad information, messages, and technical usage data to operate, protect, and improve the platform. By using the website, you agree that your submitted data may be used for account management, security, support, moderation, and service delivery.

You should not publish private information in ads or messages unless necessary and safe to do so.

11. Intellectual Property

• The website design, branding, code, and original platform content belong to GhasaMarket unless stated otherwise.
• You keep ownership of content you upload, but you grant the platform permission to display and process it for site operation.
• You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute platform content without proper permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

GhasaMarket provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, full accuracy of user-submitted content, or successful outcomes from any listing or transaction.

• We are not responsible for losses arising from user dealings, scams, failed deliveries, or payment disputes.
• We are not liable for user-generated content posted by third parties.
• Users assume responsibility for their own trading, communication, and safety decisions.

13. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time if a user violates these terms, causes harm to the platform, creates legal risk, or misuses services.

Removed content, suspended access, or deleted ads may occur without prior notice where necessary for safety, compliance, or technical protection.

14. Changes to These Terms
